About The Role: Transaction Coordinator

Our Transaction Coordinator ensures every step of the closing process is handled seamlessly—whether it’s a straightforward wholesale deal, a creative finance arrangement, or a complex fix-and-flip transaction. What You’ll Be Doing
Contract & Document Management
Review purchase agreements, addendums, and related paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized digital files, so important documentation is always at your fingertips.
Title & Escrow Coordination
Communicate with title companies or attorneys to clear liens, verify ownership, and finalize closing dates.
Ensure each party understands their responsibilities and deadlines throughout the closing process.
Timeline Management
Track milestones for inspections, financing contingencies, appraisals, and other key deal components.
Send reminders to all stakeholders, preventing delays or last-minute surprises.
Communication & Updates
Act as the central hub of information between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal teams.
Provide regular status updates, addressing concerns promptly and keeping everyone aligned.
Problem-Solving
Resolve any arising issues—like title defects or missing documents—by collaborating with the right people.
Proactively manage hurdles so closings happen on schedule and deals remain profitable for all parties.
Closing Preparation
Confirm final numbers, facilitate wire transfers, and verify all required signatures prior to the close date.
Prepare closing statements, settlement sheets, and any additional documentation for a smooth finish.
