Godric Nicodemus started his journey under tough circumstances—quitting a steady HR job at Fort Knox in 2017 to chase quick riches in crypto, only to lose it all when the market crashed. Homeless and drowning in overdraft fees, we took a desperate leap into real estate wholesaling, convinced it would solve our problems overnight. But after years of wrestling with high-pressure tactics and moral gray areas, we recognized a deeper truth: simply “making a deal” doesn’t mean it’s right. That’s why we’ve embraced a different path—one that respects both the seller’s equity and the buyer’s opportunity for profit. Guided by principles of fairness, transparency, and cooperation, our mission is to redefine real estate wholesaling into a force for good. We believe everyone deserves a clear and honest transaction, and that trust—not exploitation—should be the industry standard. Our experiences taught us hard lessons, but they also inspired a commitment to do better. Now, we’re here to offer a new way forward: one that aims up, lifts all parties, and brings integrity back to the table.

Set up by Godric Nicodemus, we’re led by a small but powerful leadership group, each bringing specialized expertise in ethical real estate wholesaling. Our COO manages day-to-day operations, ensuring every deal aligns with our higher principles; our Acquisition Director scouts the market for opportunities that respect both seller equity and buyer success; and our Disposition Director oversees transparent, fair property handoffs.
