Oversee the camera team’s budget, verifying all costs align with allocated funds.
Track expenditures in Google Sheets/Excel, maintaining accurate records and quality standards.
Problem-Solving Under Pressure
Quickly identify and resolve technical or logistical issues that arise mid-shoot.
Pivot plans if creative direction or environmental conditions change at the last minute.
Organization & Adaptability
Keep detailed documentation—shot lists, schedules, equipment logs—to maintain a smooth workflow.
Embrace sudden shifts, whether it’s a new filming location or a last-minute creative pivot.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Foster a positive, collaborative environment, offering guidance and support to crew members.
Uphold a culture of open communication, ensuring every project phase is transparent and efficient.
